******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed by Balveer Singh Billa seeking issuance of writ in the nature of habeas corpus for release of detenues as mentioned in para no.3 of the petition.

Warrant Officer was appointed who after visiting police station Harike, found that all the persons mentioned in para no.3 of the petition were not in custody of the police. He gave his detailed report narrating all the facts of appearing of Amarjit Singh, Amrit Singh and Sandeep Singh (alleged detenue) before him.
