**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to make amendment in Entry No.154 of Appendix-B of the Industrial Training Department, Haryana, Field Offices (Group-C) Service Rules, 2013.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that in a Cabinet Meeting held on 05.04.2023, the amendment, as sought in this petition, has been approved. Thus, the present petition has become infructuous.
