***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Petitioner's plea for grant of parole has been rejected by the Commissioner, Rohtak Circle, Rohtak. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, contends that father of the petitioner has since expired. He needs parole to get the revenue entries made in his favour. It appears that this aspect has not be considered by the authority. Under the circumstances, the impugned order is hereby set aside and the matter is remitted to the same authority for decision afresh keeping in view the aforesaid contention.
