Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks issuance of directions upon the respondents No.1 and 2 to conduct an independent inquiry on his complaint(s).

It transpires that, during pendency of the instant petition, an FIR became registered at the behest of the petitioner against the private respondents No.4, 5 and some other persons. Investigation in the said FIR is also being carried out.

On account of the supervening events (supra), no further action is required to be taken at this stage. However, the official respondent(s) is directed to make efforts to expedite the investigation of the FIR concerned.

Disposed of accordingly.
