***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) A short affidavit of Karan Goel, Assistant Commissioner of Police, DLF, Gurugram, has been filed in court today, which contains certain suggestions. Mr. Mohunta submits that the matter shall be examined by a Committee consisting of Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram, Deputy Commissioner of Police of the concerned area and Deputy Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Gurugram. After considering the suggestions given by the police as well as the petitioners, a report shall be filed in the registry within one month from today.

In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition, same is hereby disposed of.

The district police shall be at liberty to act as per the order passed by this court on December 03, 2018.
