At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied, if respondent No. 3 - Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Sector 2 Panchkula, Haryana through its Secretary, is asked to consider and dispose of the Legal notice in a time bound manner.

CWP No. 19558 of 2021 -2Learned State counsel submits that the respondents would comply with any such direction issued by this Court. Accordingly, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, in order to enable the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners and to avoid unnecessary litigation between the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents, especially, respondent No.3-Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Sector 2, Haryana, Panchkula, through its Secretary, to to look into the grievances of the petitioner as detailed the legal Notice dated 5.8.2021 copy Annexure P-27, got served by the petitioner upon respondent No.3 before filing of the writ petition, and consider the same in terms of rules, regulations and instructions on the subject and if some action in the matter is warranted, then the needful be done in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, by passing a detailed speaking order, copy of which be conveyed to the petitioner, as per Registered A.D. Post.

It is further observed that in case the petitioner feels dissatisfied after passing of the order on Legal Notice, then he may take recourse to the legal remedy in accordance with law, if so advised.
