**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of the FIR No.104 dated 10.08.2022, registered under Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Section 506 IPC at Police Station Dayalpura, District Bathinda, along with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of a compromise dated 11.08.2022 (Annexure P-2).

At the outset learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since, a cancellation report has been filed and statement of the complainant has also been recorded, he does not press this petition. Dismissed as not pressed.
