These petitions, under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C., have been filed seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to Gurpartap Singh (respondent No. 2 in CRM-M-40433-2021) and Bikramjit Singh (respondent No. 2 in CRM-M-40434-2021), by the Additional Sessions Judge, Tarn PRASHANT KAPOOR 2022.02.24 17:22 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-40433-2021 & CRM-M-40434-2021 Taran, vide order dated 7th July, 2021, in FIR No. 72, dated 10th May, 2019, under Sections 381 and 511 IPC, registered at Police Station City Patti, District Tarn Taran.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Amandeep Kaur, submits that both the accused arrayed as respondent No. 2 in these petitions, were found innocent during investigation and they were no longer required in relation to the FIR.

In view of the statement of learned State counsel, these petitions are disposed of accordingly.
