Learned counsel for the petitioners' states that in the present case an observation was made by the First Appellate Court that the issue in the present case is the same as in the earlier suit, therefore, the First Appellate Court ought to have stayed the proceedings. He, however, seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition at this stage in order to avail his remedies as available in law.
