Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has secured 57 marks however appointment letter was not issued to her though issued to respondent Nos.4 to 9, who have 52-56 marks in the examination, regarding which a representation dated 30.04.2025, Annexure P-12, has been submitted, which has yet not evoked any response. He, on instructions, prays that a direction may be given to respondent No.2 to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 2.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation 30.04.2025, Annexure P-12, within a period of 2 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to her and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to her interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
