In the nature of the order, I propose to pass in the matter, no formal written statements/counter affidavits of the respondents are indeed necessary, at this stage. Thus, with the consent of the parties, the petition is being disposed of finally.
The Haryana Staff Selection Commission advertised 681 posts of Water Pump Operators Grade-II. The petitioner competed for selection under BC-B category, for, he was fully eligible therefor. He purports to have qualified the written examination and was even called for scrutiny of documents. However, in the final results pronounced by the respondents on Prashant Kapoor 2018.01.29 17:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
CWP-1870-2018 04.01.2018, the name and roll number of the petitioner is not reflected even though the cut-off marks in the petitioner's category are 119. Whereas, the petitioner purports to have secured 134 marks in the written examination alone.
In response, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the grievance of the petitioner as also his claim shall be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within two weeks from today. And, the orders passed in this regard shall be conveyed to the petitioner through his counsel.
