The instant petition petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.65 dated 24.01.2019 registered under Section 323, 506, 34 IPC (Sections 379-B, 342 and 365 IPC which were added lateron) at Police Station Gharaunda District Karnal and all consequential proceedings initiated on the basis of the compromise. 2.

No one was present on behalf of petitioners on 05.08.2024 and even no one is present on their behalf today also. It seems that the petitioners are least interested in pursuing the present petition.
