Petitioner, son of Late Smt.Raj Rani has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to appoint him on compassionate grounds on account of death of her mother during harness.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioner, due to grave typographical errors, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action.
