HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Petitioners seek a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to decide their appeal titled "Satbir Singh & Others vs. E.O Cum Secretary, Market Committee, Barwala and Ors", which is pending before the Chief Administrator (Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board) Panchkula. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be content if the appeal filed by them with regard to their claim for waiver of interest is decided under "Vivadon Ka Samadhan Scheme". Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and without in any way commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the appeal, as per the said Scheme.
