The loan amount recoverable from the petitioner appears to be more than `1.80 crore. It is true that sufficient opportunities have been granted to the petitioner in the past for payment of the part loan amount and those orders have not been complied with. Nevertheless, learned counsel for the petitioner states that she has entered into an agreement to sell in respect of some other property and she will receive sufficient proceeds from the sale of the said property to satisfy the loan of the respondent-Bank before 14.08.2018.
[2] The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of keeping in view Meenu 2018.05.29 11:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh the above-stated stand taken by the petitioner, namely, that she shall pay the
CWP-20430-2017 -2entire loan amount on or before 14.08.2018, failing which the respondentBank/Authority shall be at liberty to proceed against her in accordance with law.
