(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of order dated 17.06.2016 (Annexure P-10), passed by respondent No.2. A further prayer has also been made for issuance of direction to the respondents not to ask for liquor license fee (L2 & L14) for Zone No. 9 and 19 of the Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar, for the month of April 2016, as no liquor was supplied to the petitioner for this month and to refund the security and other fees deposited by the petitioner for the month of April, 2016 or to adjust the same in the coming months i.e. license fee be charged only for 11 months and liquor too be supplied for 11 months.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that certain questions of fact are required to be established by leading evidence. Therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner either to approach the Civil Court Jawala Ram 2017.10.12 14:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
