Present writ petition for issuance of directions to the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of Constable (General Duty) in Central Armed Police Forces or Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles as advertised in the newspaper.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner appeared in the written examination and, thereafter, in the physical test. He was found suitable at the time of re-medial examination, but still he has not been issued any appointment order. For this purpose, legal notice dated 27.02.2018 (Annexure P6) was issued at the instance of the petitioner, which remained undecided by now.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to decide legal notice dated 27.02.2018 (Annexure P6) by passing a speaking order expeditiously and preferably Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2018.07.31 15:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
