The petitioner's grievance in this writ petition is against the alleged inaction of the revenue authorities who statedly have failed to carry out necessary corrections in the revenue record in respect of the land owned by the Gram Panchayat.

It appears that the petitioner would be well within his rights to approach the Assistant Collector, First Grade, in this regard who would surely decide his application in accordance with law.
