Petitioner was appointed as Junior Multitasking Assistant on contract basis for a period of one year, but he had undergone the process of interview after publication of the notice in the newspaper and his appointment was perfectly in legal manner. For this purpose, representation dated 20.01.2018 (Annexure P8), made by the petitioner, remained undecided. Now the respondents are going to appoint some persons in his place through outsourcing agency, which is contrary to the policy of the Government.
