(Oral) Grievance of the petitioner is that he is being harassed by respondents No.2 and 3 to part with property situated in village Muggo Patti, Police Station Sarhala Kalan, Tehsil Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the matter shall be examined by Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur and appropriate action shall be taken, if circumstances so warrant. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to file afresh, in case, any cause of action subsists.
