Prayer in the present revision petition is for issuance of a direction to the Trial court to decide the application i.e. CMA-26-2019 filed by the petitioner for restoration of the civil suit, which was dismissed in default vide order dated 17.01.2019.

In view of the above, the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as such. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
