The petitioner alleges that the private respondents have encroached upon the Gram Panchayat land and have raised illegal constructions. He made a complaint followed by legal notice dated 12.09.2015 (P4) and has now approached this Court seeking a mandamus to direct the authorities to take necessary action. (2)
Since we have not heard the private respondents at this stage and no order prejudicial to their interest is intended to be passed, the writ petition is disposed of without expressing any view on merits, with a direction to respondents No.3 to 5 to consider the petitioner's legal notice, if any, received by them and take appropriate action in accordance with law and principles of natural justice within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
