Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 to 4 has filed an affidavit in the nature of a compliance report of the Executive Engineer 'OP' City Division, UHBVN, Sonipat which is taken on record. 2.

While referring to para No.4 of the aforesaid affidavit, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 to 4 submitted that the amount which was recovered from the petitioner since deceased has already been paid back to the LRs of the petitioner alongwith interest. The aforesaid para No.4 is reproduced as under:- "4. That the present matter brought to the notice of deponent by XEN (OP) City Divn., UHBVN, Sonipat and it has been informed

CWP-25713-2014 (O&M) -2- that all admissible dues were released in favour of petitioner legal heirs after passing of order dated 16.10.2024 by this Hon'ble Court. The office of XEN (OP) S/Urban Divn., UHBVN, Sonipat had made payment to the petitioner legal heirs vide cheque no.521965 dated 11.11.2024 amounting to Rs. 446446/- (Four Lakh forty six thousand four hundred forty six only) on account of DCRG.
