[1] The present Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of 'Mandamus' directing the official respondents No. 2 to 4, respectively) to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of private respondent No.5.
