MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.89 dated 22.03.2021 registered under Sections 406, 420 of the IPC at Police Station Sadar Ballabhgarh, District Faridabad. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, while opposing the prayer and submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, has apprised the Court that there has been material concealment from this Court as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner have been withheld in the petition by making a false averment that there was no other criminal case lodged against him. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is involved in two criminal cases, out of which one case is of a similar nature, wherein also the petitioner had adopted the same modus operandi, as in the case in hand and that too in Faridabad only, where land mafia is ruling the roost and such like crimes are on the rise. CRM-M-40628-2021 (O&M) Learned State counsel, therefore, prays that the instant petition be dismissed as the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required. 3.

I have learned counsel for the parties and perused the relevant material on record.

This Court would loathe to extend the extraordinary concession of anticipatory bail to a person, who does not approach it with clean hands. In addition, the petitioner does not even otherwise deserve the concession of anticipatory bail on account of his involvement in other criminal cases.

In the facts and circumstances as enumerated hereinabove, the instant petition stands dismissed.
