Ms. Shubhra Singh, Additional Advocate General, Haryana *** The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. Petitioner Om Parkash, working as a Cook Grade-II in Skylark, Panipat is aggrieved by his transfer to Gurugram vide order dated 22.9.2021 (Annexure P-2). According to him, the transfer order is in violation of the existing policies of the government on the subject and he has been transferred after a period of 9 months of stay at Panipat. He has given various reasons for withdrawal of the transfer order. According to the petitioner, he has submitted a representation to The Managing Director, Haryana Tourism Corporation Ltd., Chandigarh dated 23.9.2021 (Annexure P-8) but without evoking any response. However, the petitioner has not given sufficient time to the respondents to consider his request and has rather shown undue hurry in approaching the Court by way of filing the present writ petition.
