Mr. R.N. Lohan, Advocate for the respondents. DEEPAK SIBAL, J. (Oral) Through the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the suspension order dated 28.10.2013 as also issuance of direction to the respondents to transfer the petitioner to Amritsar during the suspension period.
Mr. R.N. Lohan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, as a result of disciplinary proceedings taken against the petitioner vide order dated 20.12.2014, he has been ordered to be removed from service. It is further submitted that against the order of removal, the petitioner has filed a statutory appeal which is pending.
