Mr. Jagdish Manchanda, Advocate for the petitioners **** SURYA KANT, J. (Oral) (1) Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the respondent-authorities have considered the petitioners' objections regarding ward-bandi of their village and turned down those objections by way of a reasoned order.
(2) We have gone through the self-speaking order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (C), Shahabad and see no reason to travel into the series of disputed facts highlighted by the petitioners in support of their demand for undertaking fresh exercise of ward-bandi. We are afraid such like issues do not fall within the ambit of writ jurisdiction. The petitioners, if aggrieved, may approach the District Election Officer or any other higher authorities in the State, if so advised.
(3) Disposed of.
