Challenge in the present petition is to grant of award/medal of 'Best Master Trainer' and 'Next Best Master Trainer' as per recommendations of the Deputy Commissioner. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for UOI submits that in case petitioners submit a representation within one month from today, same shall be considered by the competent authority and appropriate decision shall be taken thereon within two week's thereafter.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
