(ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties agree that the question of law, as raised in the present writ petition, has already been answered by this Court in CWP No.25992-2015 titled as 'Kuldeep Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and others, which petition alongwith other connected cases, has already been decided by this Court on 28.04.2016. Learned counsel for the parties pray that the present writ petition be also disposed of in terms of the above-said writ petitions, except the grant of interest as granted in the order passed by this Court on 28.04.2016.

Keeping in view the above, present writ petition is disposed of in terms of CWP No.25992-2015 titled as 'Kuldeep Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and others and the direction given in said petition for the grant of interest, will not be applicable upon the present petitioner.
