The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of order dated 17.04.2018 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-16762-2017.

Vide order dated 17.04.2018 passed by the Division Bench of this Court, respondents were directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioners within a period of one month. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents contends that in compliance of the aforesaid order dated 17.04.2018, representation filed by the petitioners has been decided vide speaking order dated 10.07.2025.
