***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has produced order dated 07.01.2019 (in vernacular) passed by District Education Officer, Sri Muktsar Sahib. Same is taken on record as Mark 'A'. She, at the outset, submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner had been granted extension of another one year under the 3% disability quota. Aforesaid contention remains uncontroverted.

Petition is, thus, dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival in case any cause of action survives.
