The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to the respondents to allow him to join duty and release his consequential benefits on account of revocation of his suspension. 2.
Mr. Sandeep Bhatia, Sr. Standing Counsel, at the outset, submits that the petitioner has remedy to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal whereas he has directly approached this Court. 3.
Faced with this, Mr.I.S.Pabla, Advocate submits that the present petition may be transferred to Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the registry is directed to transfer the entire record of this case to Registrar, Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh for further orders. 5.
The parties, at the first instance, shall appear before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh on 04.07.2024. 6.
Disposed of in above terms.

Pending miscellaneous application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
