RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 and 3 to provide the documents from the year 1952 to 2022 regarding ancestral land of the petitioners and further directing them to decide application, dated 18.05.2023, (Annexures P-4 and P-5) within specified time.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that applications, Annexures P-4 and P-5, were filed on 18.05.2023 but no decision has been taken on the same till date. Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On asking of the Court, Mr.Rajneesh Chadwal, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the file, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Deputy Commissioner, Jind, District Jind, to decide the application, dated MEENU 2023.07.21 12:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
