(Oral) The petitioner-Chandigarh Administration and others have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the impugned order and judgment dated 26th April, 2017 (appended as Annexure P-1 along with the present writ petition), passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (for brevity 'the Tribunal'), Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh, in OA No. 060/00697/2016. 2.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that certain documents were produced before the Tribunal during the course of hearing, as discernible from para 24 (page 46 of the paperbook) of the judgment dated 26th April, 2017 (Annexure P-1), passed by the Tribunal. It was urged that these documents have not been discussed in the aforesaid impugned judgment. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed that the petitioners may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal by way of review petition Jawala Ram 2017.09.27 15:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
