The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned dismissal order dated 27.02.2018 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.3 and impugned order dated 28.08.2018 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.2 while rejecting the appeal of the petitioner and for issuance of any other appropriate writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to the respondent/State to decide the representation dated 05.12.2025 (Annexure P-6). 3.

Without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.2- Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Haryana, is directed to decide the representation dated 05.12.2025 (Annexure P-6), within a period of 03 months from today, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and considering the fact that the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court in the FIR No.461 dated 29.11.2014 under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Section 13 (1d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 registered at Police Station City Bahadurgarh. A copy of speaking order so passed will be supplied to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
