**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to order dated 05.04.2023 passed by the Financial Commissioner, Revenue & Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana and Disaster Management Department submits that the departmental proceedings have been dropped by the competent authority and therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous.

Learned State counsel has also endorsed the same factual position.

In view of consensus arrived at between the parties, this writ petition is ordered to be rendered infructuous.
