The petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court at an appropriate time when there is a definite material available on the fact that the certificate issued in favour of the 5th respondent about his SC status is not correct and that the certificate issued is bound to be withdrawn. When the complaint to the 1st respondent has resulted in an information from the Tehsildar and Tehsildar has approved the genuineness of the certificate which was already issued, the matter must reside there. The fact that there is further investigation being proceeded with, will be a cause for intervention if such proceeding has resulted in withdrawal of the certificate. Till such time as the certificate already issued to the 5th respondent reamins, there is no scope for interference in the writ petition.
