(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 35 dated 31.10.2018, registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC, Police Station Patara, District Jalandhar (Rural). Vide order dated 26.7.2019 passed by the Co-ordiante bench of this Court, the petitioners were granted interim bail and were directed to join the investigation.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order dated 26.7.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

CRM-M No. 31821 of 2019 -2In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 26.7.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
