Mr. Pankaj Mulwani, learned DAG, Punjab, on instructions from Aman Deep, Sr. Assistant, O/o D.P.I. (SE), Punjab submits that the impugned transfer order on reconsideration has been recalled and Paramjit Singh, petitioner herein is adjusted as Clerk in the office of District Education Officer (Secondary Education) Jalandhar against a vacant post.
