In the present petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit of daily wage services and consider the case of the petitioner under the Old Pension Scheme in light of the order dated 01.09.2022 passed by respondent No.1 (Annexure P-7).

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.1 to decide representation dated 13.06.2024 (Annexure P10) submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. 3.
