The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondent No.3 to release payment with respect to work carried out by them for the respondent. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that payment qua work done by them stands admitted by the respondent. 3.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent to release admitted liability, if any, to the petitioners within three months from today. If admitted payment is not released within aforesaid period, the respondent would be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from the expiry of said period. The petitioners are at liberty to approach appropriate authority qua disputed amount, if any. 5.
