The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

This is a petition seeking direction to the respondents for protection of life and liberty of the petitioner in view of certain events as pleaded in the petition.

Learned counsel for the State appearing on advance notice submits that the respondents have received the representation through e-mail dated 28.10.2020. The threat perception would be looked into and necessary steps if so required would be taken. In view of the statement made, the petition is disposed of. Let
