JUSTICE GURVINDER SINGH GILL Present:- Mr. Gaurav Arora, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court of Sessions by way of filing a revision petition against the impugned order dated 3.2.2020 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridabad.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court of Sessions in case he has not already approached the said Court. Since, the limitation for filing revision petition before Court of Sessions would have expired, the Court of Sessions may consider excluding the period which the petitioner spent in pursuing the revision petition before this Court, while considering the question of limitation.
