Petitioner pursuant to the advertisement bearing No. 4/2015 applied for the post of PGT (Chemistry) in SC category. Petitioner cleared the written test, which was held on 14.03.2016 and was called for interview as well vide notice dated 11.01.2017 but was not allowed to give interview and as he has not cleared the examination of M.Sc Chemistry with 50% marks.

The grievance of the petitioner is that earlier she got 21 marks against 24 passing marks in the Inorganic Chemistry (General) of M.S c Ist Semester, but after revaluation same were enhanced and becomes 24 marks. The result of revaluation came on 15.01.2016. However, now since the result has been declared and the candidates have also joined, no ground is made out for issuance of any directions to the respondents No merits.

Dismissed.
