Counsel for the respondent-State has submitted that they are ready to make the payment of subsidy to the petitioner but the Punjab Financial Corporation has also set up a claim against the petitionercompany and they are asking for payment to them. Counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the amount of subsidy may be straightway given to the Punjab Financial Corporation in its account in order to pay off the loan raised by the petitioner-company. The present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations. However, the issue of accrual of interest and its payment to the petitioner is kept open, which may be pursued by the petitioner by way of representation to the respondents.
