In this writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the information dated 18.07.2017 (Annexure P-5) and order dated 21.08.2017 (Annexure P-8) vide which respondent No.3 has disqualified its bid.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, a party to whom contract has been awarded, i.e., M/s Krishan Kumar and Company, could not be impleaded as respondent in the present writ petition. Accordingly, a prayer has been made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action by impleading successful bidder, i.e., M/s Krishan Kumar and Company, as party in the present writ petition and Savita 2017.09.18 10:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh
