The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 19.10.2023 and 15.05.2024 (Annexures P-14 and P-16 respectively). 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate application/petition before the competent Authority seeking compensation in respect of their acquired land. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
