Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.8.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, being instructed by ASI Rajwinder Singh, does not dispute the fact of joining investigation by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the complainant contends that the petitioner has been threatening the complainant and a representation in that regard has been submitted to the SSP, Kapurthala on 14.12.2022. At this stage, there is nothing on record which could establish violation of any of the condition for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
