In this writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India by way of Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 4 to preserve the public property, i.e., panchayat land from being encroached upon by encroachers and to maintain the panchayat land as per factual entries recorded in the record. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently, certain relevant factual matrix has not been incorporated and relevant documents have also not been appended with this writ petition. Accordingly, a prayer has been made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action by furnishing the better particulars.
